RESPONSIBLE: Who will process your data?

PURPOSE: For what purpose do we collect your data?

A) DATA COLLECTED IN THE CONTACT FORM

Purpose: Management of the consultation or request for information from the web form.

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so: Only the data marked as required are necessary to carry out the aforementioned purpose.

Legitimate basis: The data subject's consent, which was given freely, specifically and in an informed manner by means of an unequivocal manifestation of his/her will to consent.

B- DATA COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMERS FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS/ PROVISION OF SERVICES: Purpose: We process the information provided to us directly by the interested party or their legal representative in order to manage the sale of products and/or the provision of the services requested as well as all the administrative management derived.

Obligation or not to provide data and consequences of not doing so: The data requested are necessary to be able to contract with the Entity or acquire the products. In the event that all the required information cannot be obtained, the contractual relationship with the Entity cannot be established. 

Legitimizing basis:

1.- Performance of a contract: GDPR: 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation at the request of the data subject of pre-contractual measures related to the contracted processing. 

2.- The satisfaction of a legitimate interest pursued by the data controller such as maintaining a relationship and contacts with customers/legal representatives/contact persons, as stated in Article 6.1.f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

3.- Compliance with a legal obligation as stated in Article 6.1.c) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.

C) IMAGES COLLECTED BY THE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

Purpose: the images collected by the video surveillance system in order to maintain the security of facilities, property, persons and surveillance of the commission of crimes and acts constituting crimes.

Legitimate basis: The satisfaction of a legitimate interest pursued by the controller such as maintaining the security of facilities, property, persons and monitoring the commission of crimes and acts constituting crimes, as stated in Article 6.1.f) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

TARGET: To whom do we disclose the information you provide?

1.- To advice on how to comply with tax obligations.

2.- Corresponding bank entity when applicable according to the form of payment.

3.- The Public Administration with competences in the matter and its different organisms if they were required by legal obligation. 

4- Data processors for the use of computer applications or subcontracted services with which they are data processors according to the contract signed between the parties.

5- To the mail manager and web hosting for the management of the contact by email and publication of images on the Web.

6- The images collected by the video surveillance system may be communicated to the State Security Forces and Corps and to the company installing the system.

International transfers: No communications outside the EU. 

CONSERVATION: How long do we keep your data?

Contact, customer and billing data will be retained for as long as business relationships are maintained and after they have ended for a minimum of 6 years unless the interested party requests cancellation.

The images collected by the video surveillance system are overwritten every 4 weeks unless the interested party requests cancellation or an incident occurs and the relevant complaint is filed. In the latter case, they will be kept until the complaint is terminated.

RIGHTS: What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

  • Access: The interested party has the right to know what data the COMPANY is processing about him/her. 
  • Rectification: The data subject has the right to request rectification of inaccurate data. 
  • Deletion: The interested party has the right to request the deletion of his/her data when, among other reasons, the data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. 
  • Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances the interested party may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. 
  • Opposition: In certain circumstances the interested party may oppose the processing of their data. In that case the COMPANY will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims. 
  • Data portability: Only applicable to automated data and consists of passing the data from the ENTITY to another new CONTROLLER (not to the data subject and by request of the data subject). 

You may exercise your rights, including the right to withdraw your consent (if given) by sending a written request to the above address or email dintex@dintex.es.

AUTOMATED DECISIONS

No customer profiling or automated decision making is performed.

SECURITY MEASURES

The entity has adopted both technical and organizational security measures resulting from the Risk Analysis and Compliance Audit carried out on the RGPD and the LOPDGDD and the type of personal data managed.
