Quality and Environmental Policy

The Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy of ASTURDINTEX COMERCIAL S.L., a company dedicated to the commercialization of household products, has as its main objective the loyalty of its customers, through the provision of an efficient service and the supply of innovative products with an adequate quality/price ratio, reducing the impact on the environment.

  To achieve this objective, the Company is guided by the following principles:

- Control that we respond at all times to the demands and expectations of our customers, strictly complying with the specifications of their orders, as well as the legitimate expectations of our stakeholders.

- Search for innovative products that meet the demands of our market and even anticipate its future needs.

- To consider the continuous improvement of Quality as a permanent objective, which increases the Quality perceived by our customers, through the implementation of new work systems and the revision of our processes, by means of their analysis and measurement, the analysis of customer satisfaction and their suggestions, the detection of opportunities for improvement, the continuous training of the people who make up the company, and the provision of the material, human and technical means necessary for improvement.

- The protection of the environment and our surroundings, both in the office and during the provision of our services, through the prevention of pollution and specific training of our employees
